MERITORIOUS AWARD CERTIFICATE - issued by the board to a member for outstanding work in ham radio or unusual dedication to QCWA or amateur radio. One award is authorized for each chapter per year.

QCWA WORKED 50 STATES AWARD - issued to QCWA members who have contacted QCWA members in each state of the union.

QCWA WORKED 100 STATES AWARD - issued to QCWA members who have contacted at least 100 QCWA members.

QCWA WORKED 60 CHAPTERS AWARD - issued to QCWA members who have contacted QCWA members of 60 chapters.

QCWA WORKED 500 MEMBERS AWARD - issued to QCWA members who have contacted 500 QCWA members.
